Project Overview
Flashka.ai is an AI‑powered educational platform that combines flashcards, spaced repetition, and gamification to help students learn more effectively.
Built in collaboration with an international founding team, the product grew to over 1,800 early users in more than 10 countries and was supported by Bocconi University’s accelerator.
My Responsibilities
Orchestrated product strategy and end‑to‑end UX design, from user research and feature definition to high‑fidelity prototyping.
Designed and maintained the cross‑platform design system for mobile and desktop, ensuring consistent, playful, and accessible interfaces.
Created investor decks and UX narratives that translated user insights and prototype data into a compelling funding story for the accelerator.
Core Tech & Libraries
Product & Design: Figma for design system, UI components, and interactive prototypes; Miro and Notion for product discovery and roadmap.
Platform & AI: Web‑based frontend integrated with AI services for content generation and adaptive learning (LLM‑based backend).
Analytics & Tooling: Product analytics and cohort tracking to validate retention, engagement, and feature impact.
