Flashka.ai is an AI-powered edtech platform that combines gamification, learning, and intelligent feedback. I joined the team as both Product Manager and UX/UI Designer, leading the product development from ideation to delivery.

As Product Manager, I oversaw the entire lifecycle—conducting market research, defining core features, and aligning business objectives with user needs. My decisions were grounded in data analysis and continuous user feedback.

On the design side, I established and maintained the product’s design system across desktop and mobile platforms. I collaborated closely with UX experts, engineers, and gamification specialists to ensure that our features were both intuitive and engaging.
A key aspect of the project was bridging product vision and technical execution. I facilitated cross-functional collaboration, managed stakeholder communication, and translated strategic goals into concrete design and development milestones.
